A: It is a part of our mission to promote IT in Pakistan and provide IT solutions free of cost.

Q: Can I redistribute you product?

A: Our products can be only distributed electronically through the official way. Distribution through other websites or in any other form without the Corporation's permission is prohibited. For redistribution contact corporation for permission first.

Q: Can I use your product for commercial purposes?

A: Our products are free for personal use only. You can not use our products for commercial purposes without any prior permission.

Q: What is the major reason for making Windows and Office Lite?

A: In our country most of the people do not have sufficient hardware resources for optimal performance of Windows XP and Office XP. This is a major reason for making Windows and Office Lite.

Q: Can I install Windows XP Lite Edition Upgrade Pack on any version of Windows XP?

A: Yes, you can install Windows XP Lite 2007 Upgrade Pack on any professional version of Windows XP.

Q: Are all tools present in Office XP Express?

A: Yes, all the professional tools are present in Office XP Lite 2007 except MS Access and MS Front Page.

Q: Can I install other components of Office XP such as MS Access and Front Page over Office XP Lite 2007?

A: Yes, these items can be provided as stand alone on demand.

Q: How come Norton Antivirus 2003 with update 2007 better than Norton Antivirus 2007?

A: Norton Antivirus 2003 with update 2007 is better because it is much lighter and more efficient than Norton Antivirus 2007.

Q: Can disabling start-up programs with QuickStart damage Windows?

A: You can disable any start-up program with QuickStart safely.

Q: I've used Panda Antivirus 7.0 from Software Solution 2007 but Task Manager and Folder option are still missing. How can I restore them?

A: You should obtain your copy of Software Solution 2007i which contain Veiled Virus Fixer 1.0 from Centrix Corporation. It will solve your problems.

Q: My Windows XP is damaged and important data is present in desktop. DOS can't access my partition. What can I do?

A: You should obtain your copy of Software Solution 2007i, Boot your computer with CD-ROM and NTFS support and copy your data from desktop to your backup drive.
